It seems like the default template was set to IEM_Sales_Order(v5). I have removed the website field from that template and tested it. It is not showing the website field on the template. Can you please test it and let me know.

We have seen this issue in past where some of the customers in China were not able to access method.me. The issue was with their Internet Service Provider. They need to white list the domain on their end. Let me know if this solve the problem.
