Can I remove Website field from both the report?

Hi Alexhuang, It seems like the default template was set to IEM_Sales_Order(v5). I have removed the website field from that template and tested it. It is not showing the website field on the template. Can you please test it and let me know. -Inder

Hi AlexHuang, We have seen this issue in past where some of the customers in China were not able to access method.me. The issue was with their Internet Service Provider. They need to white list the domain on their end. Let me know if this solve the problem. -Inder

I take it that the report header is different than the detail table here? Your best bet is to probably use the filter criteria on the detail band within report designer. So to set something like this up, within method have an extra field on the detail table that you can set to true, and then in report designer using the filter criteria on the ...
