Definitely do not to do that...I don't want to lose my customizations.
Are there other alternatives?
Could I delete the table and remake it?
Thanks, Gregg

Hi RadioGuru,
The easiest way to do this would be for me to put in a request to reset your Method account. It will restore your account to the way it was when you first signed up, prior to syncing, so you'll lose any activities, as well as any custom fields, screens, or tables. If you would like me to do this please email me your ...

Hi viret56,
Try doing a full sync to start off. Go to the Synchronize tab link under the QuickBooks tab in Method and click on the Sync now button to the right of "Full Synchronization".
If that doesn't do the trick, try making a slight change to a sales rep from within QuickBooks, then performing a changes-only sync by following ...

We're new to Method and just imported a lot of contacts.
In retrospect, we wish would have handled the migration a little differently...so I am wondering if there's a way to dump all contacts we've imported so we have an empty table, so we can start the import process all over again.
Can anyone help?
Thanks, Gregg

Hi!
We're new to Method, we love the Gadget. But every time we use it to add a new activity, it opens a new tab of Method...so we end up with tons of open tabs in Chrome with Method open.
Is that how it's supposed to work?
Or do we have a setting wrong?
Many thanks!
Gregg

Several records in the SalesRep table are missing data in the EntityType and SalesRepName fields. In addition, the data is the ...

Chris,
Thank you so much for your quick reply. I am not quite sure what your answer mean. We use the API insert function to the InventoryAdjumentLine Table and receive an error message: "Failure. The Table does not support delete." when we use the API call "MethodAPIActionSendToDesktopV2" to "save" the insertion. ...

Hi.
Best not to use that table. It is legacy from a warehouse app we discontinued. It will be retired over the long term, or be repurposed to work with QuickBooks Enhanced Inventory (no immediate plans for that).
Thanks!

Paul,
Thank you so much, problem solved. With Method API and spreadsheet we now can do so much more.
Moving on to the next question. We created another problem that use the API to insert records to the InventoryAdjustmentLine table . When we tried to use the MethodAPIActionSendToDesktopV2 to close the insertion we got the error message ...
