I'll try this out for my next customer and see how it works. It looks like it might.

Hi Greg, Have you tried using the February version? From the Method login page, click on Switch to the February version at the bottom of the page and then try logging in. It contains some speed improvements and should be a bit faster, especially at peak-time. Let us know if this helps. - Justin

I just tried it and it took 20 seconds for the sign in page to load, then another 2 minutes of spinning to log in and it ended with an error: null then went ahead and logged me in anyway.  I have NO other connection issues to any other sites at this time. Hope that helps. Greg

Yep the error is still happening in the February version in Firefox and Chrome. so specific to that version it seems.
