I need to figure out how to add a New Activity from the New Leads page/screen. There used to be a button to do that, but then it disappeared over the weekend. I'm not sure why that is, but I need to figure out how to put that option back. I've tried editing the page myself, but I have no clue where to begin with this.

Hi Jim,
Could you provide a bit more information on what you're trying to do? Are you asking if you could add a parameter to a Method URL and have Method do something with it? Unfortunately there wouldn't be any way to accomplish this as Method does not support it.

AND, if you reset to the October Version in both Firefox and Chrome, the problem dissappears.
not sure if that would have happened if I hadnt done the above actions too, but the above action sorted out the issue on my Windows Surface outright.

I think I've found a fix Justin, at least for IE, trying to see if google chrome works in a mo.
It seems Windows 7 and 8 have a tick box section allowing you to 'copy your current settings to: 'Welcome screen and system accounts' and 'New User Accounts',
