Which table is it that you're working with? If it's Leads that you're dealing with, all the data is Method-only and doesn't sync with QuickBooks. If it's Contacts, the data does sync with QuickBooks and therefore any records you remove will be deleted from QuickBooks as well.

If you want to avoid having so many tabs open in your browser, what you can do is actually drag the link to a currently open tab, and it will open inside of that tab. The easiest way to do this would be for me to put in a request to reset your Method account. It will restore your account to the way it was when you first signed up, prior to syncing, so you'll lose any activities, as well as any custom fields, screens, or tables. Try doing a full sync to start off. Go to the Synchronize tab link under the QuickBooks tab in Method and click on the Sync now button to the right of "Full Synchronization".

We're new to Method and just imported a lot of contacts.
In retrospect, we wish would have handled the migration a little differently...so I am wondering if there's a way to dump all contacts we've imported so we have an empty table, so we can start the import process all over again.
Can anyone help?

Hi!
We're new to Method, we love the Gadget. But every time we use it to add a new activity, it opens a new tab of Method...so we end up with tons of open tabs in Chrome with Method open.
Is that how it's supposed to work?
Or do we have a setting wrong?
