I'm trying to deternine if Method is able to capture a value from a parameter in the URL and pass it back to us in a daily conversion file uploaded to an FTP?   This is our preferred method of integration.  The parameter would look like this:  kenshoo.com/?k_clickid=1033586f-5348-5e89-d256-00003f8bd36 Any ideas? ...

Hello Vince, Here's my answer. If you wnat to add a person whom you don't want as a customer, you can add him as a lead by clicking on tab Leads -> New lead. So in this way that lead won't reflect in your customers. However, you can convert your lead to Customer anytime you want. We have a great article on Leads in our Helpcenter, ...

How do I flag a customer file to make sure they get an email reminding them to make an appointment in the future?

I can select a group of customers that received an invoice on a certain date. Now how can I send them each an email via a mass mailing? Thank you.

I need to import a new batch of contacts/leads and I would like to include their tags. Also, how would I export current contacts with their tags?
