Sure Glen. Just to confirm, after the reset you will lose any customizations/screens you have made in your account. Your account will be in the same state as when you first signed up.
Want me to proceed with the reset?

If I understand correctly, the action result used in the body field in the send email action needs to contain the dynamically generated rowset from the database in HTML format. But what action type would be used to "accumulate" each row from the loop, which is what ultimately becomes part of the HTML code?

Method is designed to be used as an add on to QuickBooks, and always connected. Adding a a field to a table adds it to the database, now you can add it to screens. To do this, go to Customize > Screens. Click on CRM_EditCustom to copy the screen.
