Method Community

After you create an invoice off the WO, the Invoice Type = "Invoiced" However, although the Invoice Type on one of our WOs = Invoiced, the invoice has not been created in either Method or QBO.  I can't create a new invoice off the WO since it already is indicated as Invoiced. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi LaCrews, Here's my answer. I have checked the Web to Lead form is working fine, but it seems like you are having issues with it. What kind of error you are getting? Did you recently made any changes to it? if you can provide me the detail, I would definitely try to help you with that. -Inder

Hi John, Before we get to the Case Table, I would suggest that we have to fix the ContactsSalesRep Field, for that I suggest  that you regenarate two more tables i.e. Contacts table and SalesRep table like you did in previous step. The total is not always filled in when I go to print an estimate.  Or sometimes if I make a change the total won't reflect the change.

Is it possible to add the subject of an incoming email in Gmail when adding an activity using the gadget? My goal is to be able to send an email reply within Method that uses the same subject as the received email, as if I was replying in Gmail.
