The Condition Editor can help you with the syntax, for example in this case I clicked Fields > [IsManuallyClosed], then the Equals symbol (which added ==), and then Constants > False. No error message when i did the activity table: The table was regenerated, but the following field(s) were invalid and were skipped. In report designer, using the "CRM_CaseList_withActivities" report. I was wondering if there was a way to filter the activites so that it only shows the last activity instead of all the activities. Kurt
