Hi Robert,
You should use the syntax [IsManuallyClosed] == False. The Condition Editor can help you with the syntax, for example in this case I clicked Fields > [IsManuallyClosed], then the Equals symbol (which added ==), and then Constants > False.

I did what you said. I get this error message when i do the case table. No error message when i did the activity table:

In report designer, using the "CRM_CaseList_withActivities" report. I was wondering if there was a way to filter the activites so that it only shows the last activity instead of all the activities.

Here's my answer. As far as the the sync engine is concerned the speed depends on the Quickbooks SDK, the engine will work according to the properties of the quickbooks SDK.
