Hi Retrotel,
Can you clarify what you mean by "cannot use the report links to find them"? It seems you have created the report in the Report Designer, but how are you trying to access the report in Method?
Please let me know.

Hi Dave,
Makes sense. In this case you will need to filter with a different field. Could you hide all transactions that have a type of "Estimate", or do you need to show some estimates? What about the DueDate field, if the transactions you want to filter out don't have a due date yet, you could filter those out. My ...

Hi Michael,
"Value From Row" is used inside a loop through a grid/table, which is why you are getting the error message. You should get the value to compare in the conditional statement with "Assign Value to Action Result".
You can get the record's RecordID using Value From Screen, using Grid:RecordID (where Grid ...

Actually, I don't think that will work. I don't sync Estimates to Quickbooks until we get a "Go Ahead" from the lead/customer. But I need them to see the Estimate in the meantime when I email it to them. So if I used the "Wait for Sync Approval" as a way to designate whether it is a Draft Estimate, it would ...

I think I understand. I will give this a try. Thanks!

Hi Dave,
Nope that's not a problem, at first I thought this wasn't the behaviour you wanted. Please let us know if this issue happens again, and if you notice a pattern for when this happens it will make solving it easier.

Hi Dave,
To do this, I recommend filtering out all of the estimates with a status of "draft" from the grid on the ContactsPortal_Home screen. Since this is a default screen you can't edit it directly, but you can make a copy, and then replace the original screen with the copy. To do this, edit the grid on the screen ...

It turns out that this screen is not available for Method for QuickBooks Online (just got off a phone call with tech support). QBO doesn't have sales orders yet. Wish that we could just use sales orders within Method and not have it sync, but doesn't look like that is possible.

Thanks Russell. The Items look correct, however, one thing...in my Group, the Group items include all items that could potentially be sold as part of that service. I have purposely kept all my items at a quantity of zero - I just add item quantities based on items specific to that job. Is that a problem?
