I'm having trouble with my sales order screen - many glitches/bugs/problems:
1. Keeps telling me that the customer field is required even though there is a value in the field when I try to do "Save" or "Save and New"
2. Print Preview button yields this message:

here are 2 ways you could achieve this, I'll go through them both for you. The first way would be through import/export:
Export your Activities table, with the fields RecordId and AssignedTo selected.

I have added "item" to the grid on the edit estimate screen. I do not understand how to add it to the PDF. I have downloaded the tool and have customized forms. I think I just need to add the field to the esimate.estimateline group but unsure how to accomplish this.
