THANKS, ON THE SECOND PART I HAD TRIED TO LINK IT ALSO BUT THOUGHT I WAS NOT DOING SOMTHING RIGHT TRIED EVEN TO LINK TO DIFFERENT ACTIVITY WITHIN ACTIVITY AND IN CUSTOMERS BUT NOTHING WORKED.

The portal is now working properly, but any invoice, estimate I click the go to and then click the pdf icon, the pdf opens but the file is blank. It only shows my logo and blue sections. All verbage has been removed???
Also, just to test, I went to the estimate and invoice screens in mentod (not the portal), clicked on a random estimate and ...

Hi Dan,
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to increate the height of the grid. It can however, increase based on the amount of text in the cell. Just simply check the Auto Grow checkbox when editing the grid.

Sorry for the late reply. Are you still having this issue? Something quick you can try would be the following:
Go to Customize tab > Tables and Fields
Find your SalesOrder table
Click Edit Fields
Click Finish Editing Fields.
Find your SalesOrderLine table, and repeat steps 3 and 4

I have been watching several webinars and reading on how to add table and fields. I still don't under stand how to add the customers equipment list to the field list in report designer. Or linking fields to table. Do you link from the customer equipment field to the activity field or vise versa.and the process.
