Hi Ben, Yes everything seams to be working as it should now. I have no idea what happened or how it happened. Back to my original post, I did as you suggested but in the grid, the inactive estimate is still showing up and I am still able to open it as a pdf.

Hi aother suggestion is to use the Report Designer filter which is at the report or group levels. Look at the Properties tab on the right hand side.  You would want to use at the invoice group level. You can use a Max(txnDate) function.
