The address fields on the transactions are address field specific to the transaction. Our phone fields are not normally found on the SalesOrder table. Did you add them as linked fields?
My suggestion would be to add new phone fields to the SalesOrder (not linked) then use a Retrieve Value From Table action to input the phone fields ...

Yes everything seams to be working as it should now. I have no idea what happened or how it happened.
Back to my original post, I did as you suggested but in the grid, the inactive estimate is still showing up and I am still able to open it as a pdf.

Hi aother suggestion is to use the Report Designer filter which is at the report or group levels. Look at the Properties tab on the right hand side.
