hey Steve,
I am not a programmer and I dont work for method but I have been thinking about this. My concern is if you have a customer that has 4 contacts and each contact has a unique number, when creating a WO how is method going to choose that unique number if there are 4 contacts? See where I am getting at?

When I had this issue it was because a field or somthing like that was outside the margins. Its important to keep everything in the margins or it does strange stuff. So look at your report in report designer and make sure nothing is outside those margins

This is what i would do. Create a grid and make it so you can filter the discription collum. In the filter section enter flats, the grid will then only show flats and add up the numbers. When I am done with that i would change the word flats to corner so then it would add up the corners.

Hey Sandra,
Thats interesting because everytime i tell method to print a invoice or what ever it shows up on front. Sounds like a browser issue. I use chrome and I know there is a setting that makes it so that any new windoes are in front.

You can add through the report designer. Under Customize Templates you have open to customize with Report Designer.
