We accidentally deleted a customer from CRM that still existrs in QB and in the resolve conflicts tab it says to "un-delete the list item on the server to keep it" if I would like to keep the customer. How do I do this?

I did speak with John offline, and gained access to this account in question to see what was going on. We use Item Groups in Quickbooks (quite a few actually) and those same numbers do translate to Method, however they do not carry over the Group items that are assocaited. Method needs to poll our QB item master before adding the items to the Estimate/Sales Order.
