Hi MikeB, I believe you are referring to the "Default Value" option on Step 1of5 for the "datepicker" properties, however you are correct this is where you would manually input the value you want. Hello,    It doesn't take very long until the 14 times are finished.  Once you have the failure email, there is no future attempt to send the notification email.  You may be able to assign the activity to someone else and then assign it back to the proper person to get the notification email to send again. - Greg
