The reason this happens is because work orders are setup by default to only show in the Field Servies app, and are meant for the customer and not the contact. So when you view them in the Activity screen in the CRM, where a contact is required, you get what you are seeing.

When I double click on a customer in calenders the page shows up with a wide upper and lower blue boader and a narrow center to work in. how can i fix this. I tried to put a picture on to show but could not figure out how.

Yep there is. I do this all the time. I have a customer that i have 3 contacts with. Each contact gets the estimate but only 2 get the invoice. go to Customers then contacts.

Hello,
I have upgraded QB Enterprise (mistake #1) to V24.0.4005.0.
Method integration was wokring fine and then popped up wanting to upgrade to the latest plugin.
No problem I let it do its thing. Now I can not connect it to my Quickbooks File.
Integration copied all my informaiton over, any ideas as to why?
