John- Does the same thing happen if you try it in a different browser? I am not able to duplicate this issue.
-
John- Do you mind if i login and take a look?
-
TogsTeam- Deleting these conflicts associated with SalesRep should get rid of the duplicates and allow your sync engine to continue its process.
-
Hi John,
You should still be able to do that. When you are editing a case in the Case Dialog & New / Edit Activity tab section you should be able to choose Work Order for the Activity Type.

TogsTeam- What is displaying in Resolve Conflicts for table SalesRep? QuickBooks shouldn't allow duplicates for SalesRep intial so there should be conflicts about duplicates.
-
Hi John,
A 'Work Order' is essentially just an activity with the type Work Order. How were you previously creating a Work Order from a case?

-
pdirect- We are aware of this and have already created an internal ticket to address this.
-
John-
It shouldn't of removed it i am not sure what happened there but i'm glad to hear it now works :)
