Hello,
Sorry for the late reply. That file location looks to be on your own computer and not online. You will have to use a program like Imgur to display an image and provide a url.

Hi Jeff,
First off, I hope you don't mind, but I found your original post in our MethodAPI section, however it belongs in this section, "Method General Q&A", just for future reference.
Using the Method stock screens, you would only be able to assign a Work Order to one person. This might be possible to have it assigned to ...

Hi Shelley,
I believe you are really close here, you might have just grabbed the wrong Note "Object" from the left-hand side of the screen designer. I have an update. When regenerating tables, you will have to do it in a top-down hierarchial fashion. The main parent table is Entity and has Customer as a child. Then Contacts are linked to Customer. Hence, go in the order Entity > Customer > Contacts when regenerating tables.

Hi,
Unfortunately, you can't hide grid objects with the Show/Hide Field/Object. The best way to do this would be to create two sections, each with a grid. Obviously, one would have the grid with the description field and the other without. Then you can use the Show/hide section action to hide the section and grid.

Where is the Object ID for the grid! I see many selections in the Field/Object drop down, but nothing that explicitly identifies the grid I want to hide. I tested ...

Hi Marcelo,
This actually wouldn't be too difficult, we first need to add a link to the email address that is stored for your Customer, in the Customer table, then you should be able to access this field from your Report Designer to add to the Report.
First, go to Customize->Tables/Fields, locate the Invoice table, and click on "Edit ...

Shelley,
That sounds strange. Could you enable MethodSupport on the account and email me your Company Account, along with the table and screen this is happening on?
Thanks,

Marcelo,
If you're converting work orders to invoices, you'll need to also adjust the FieldService_CreateInvoices screen. This screen is the one that pops up when you select "Create Invoice..." from the Add/Edit Work Order screen. In this screen, you'll see the option to "Fill all invoice details? (slower)". ...
