both my laptop and desktop i cant use the Feb version. If i am in a grid and type in a work to search, i get a error message saing the screen doesnt work.

Can you post some screen shots of the two different Credit Memo screens? Is the pop-up that is opening the Credit Memo screen customized? You can use programs like Imgur to post images online and use the URL's for the post.
