The server was down briefly yesterday, but came back within a half hour. Everything should be cleared up now.

I have over 300 conflicts with the following problem..
The record has been modified on both the Server and the Desktop. Please decide which record you would like to keep.
Any clues why we are getting this error and what we can do to fix them? They are more than likely changes in method but I dont see a way to push the method record.

I have a problem with invoices, and I need some help.
When I have a discount job item on the invoice, Method calculates the sales tax based on the original total, instead of the total after discount.
I print my invoices, before I synchronize with QB, some when I send them to the customer, the total is not correct.

I am having trouble selecting more fields from the CustomerEquipment table for the ActivityJobItem table. There seems to be a restriction on it. This may be what you are experiencing.

Hi, Our estimates are not being sent to our customers again. Can you please check your server to see if they are hung again? This happened to us about 3 or 4 weeks ago.

I sent you an email in regards to the case we created for this. For anyone else, the PriceLevelPerItemRetList table is not a table that can accept inserts. It is a read only table in Method.

Sorry for the late reply. That file location looks to be on your own computer and not online. You will have to use a program like Imgur to display an image and provide a url.
