I am having an issue with one of our accounts. After i i hit go to on the customer grid and it takes me to the edit customer screen, I receive an error saying Job Number does not support editing. Any idea why this might be happening?

Hi Jack,
There are lots of places to send an email through Method, but if you are contacting customers, the activity screen is the place you probably want to be. So you're in the right spot.
When you say you've changed the default in the From Name field, do you mean in the Send Email action? If so, I think what you're seeing is ...

I recently created a drop down list. I cannot for the life of me remember how to edit it in Method. I found the table, but I cannot figure out how to add more names. I also want an "add new" option at the end of the list. Thank you!

I am a new user and have tried numerous times to import into the invoice table using the integration tool under customization. My data was validated and was allowed to click 'begin import', however, it shows no progression of the import on the import status bar, even after many hours. What am I doing wrong?
