Hello Shelley,
You most likely took off a field on the screen that an action needed, either on OnScreenLoad or a button. You can either go through the actions on your screen checking for fields that they require or you can add back any fields you took off the screen.

There actually is no way in Method to change the ContactType value, this is a field in QuickBooks that we can read but not modify/edit in Method. Quick note, I THINK that "CustFld1" was originally available in Method and I renamed it "StaffAccountStatus" to that changes to that field in QB or Method would cascade in both directions.
