The newest versions of QB have some great new functions. We have not loaded it yet, however, because one of these new functions is a Customer Lead component. It the expected going to happen, i.e. Method Leads sync into QB Leads, or do we know yet? What we don't want is the "unexpected", whatever that may be.

Just an update for anyone following this thread ...
We took this conversation offline from the forum and confirmed that there is a bug with the SendToDesktop action not initiating a sync. I've created a bug for the dev team to investigate and correct this issue. I will post back once a fix is ready.

Okay, the full sync is complete... finally! But just one thing. When a full sync is performed now, it still hangs for a minute or two, checking "desktop for deleted items" even after syncing multiple times. Seems like there's a comparison table that's off, or incorrect, somewhere.
Got any ideas?

Wow, thanks Ben! Will look into these toolsets, and in the meantime, we'll make sure that accounting keeps the open windows to a minimum.

I'm not sure what happened changed on Friday as I do not see any changes that would have caused your problem however I was able to replicate your issue with not being able to reassign customers in transactions.
For now, I would suggest that you reassign the customer transactions in QuickBooks Online as that is pushing to Method ...

Method will sync with the default sales tax settings from QBO. Can you make sure that your QBO is set correctly and perform a full sync? A full sync is needed to have Method set the default sales tax. A changes only sync will not trigger this.

Any upades to this issue? We have added some new custom fields in QB and need help getting them added to Method. Our custom fields in QB can be found in the additional information about the customer.

Do time entries sync with Quickbooks in detail?
Can time reports (WIP) be filtered by case? by client and date and service item? Billable amount (billing rates)?
