It's not a Generate Report. It's a Document field lookup from the DocumentLibrary table shoved into an ActionResult. That AR is then used as the attachment in the SendEmail action.

Your Sales Reps should be getting synced from Method to QuickBooks, are you linking the Sales Rep initials to a "Name" that is stored in your QuickBooks File? The reps created in Method are not shown in Quick Books, I have looked in Lists/Customer & Vendor Profile Lists/Sales Rep List and also in LIists/Other Names List. Where are they stored?

Hello,
We did a test here and could not reproduce the bug. Can I get a screenshot of the Generate Report that picks up the report and stores it in an Action Report? It may be something there that is causing the error.
