I am new to Method (in trial). I want my customers to be able to send an email to support@mycompany.com and have it create a new support ticket. Does this CRM do that?

Every once in a while I will have the same issues. When it happens its about 2 hours lap time and I am using Gmail.
about 95% of time its never a issue.

Heres the deal. I want to print up a cover letter then a estimate on one PDF file. I figure I would use the page break feature on the report to start the cover letter.
The issue is I cant find any detailed information about reports and put the page break on the bottom of the form expecting a second page and nothing.
