Sounds like a great process. If I get you - you have one actionresult which is combo part#/description.... With that result - set up a new actionresult which joins this to build your list. try using the char function --join with line break..
Then when you put into email body...one ...

Is it just me or has the connection to method been slow this last week? In the time it took me to pull up this page and log-in to the forum My connection is still "Thinking" its been like this most of the week?
Anyone else?

This is a feature I would really like to see implemented in a future release, along with the ability to create global functions and some way of doing a for/while loop.

So if it is a Method-only table I should use 'view' and if it is a QuickBooks table I should use 'viewacc'. I'll keep that in mind.

I have been told I was wrong. 'view' tables are ones that store information that is not for QuickBooks, but for Method. 'viewacc' tables store accounting information from QuickBooks. You can ignore my previous post.

I'm not sure the techincalities of the database structure. My thoughts were that the 'view' prefix is for a temporary table holding the fields for the view and the 'acc' prefix denotes the actual tables.

Hi Adrian,
Unfortunately, Quickbooks Online doesn't allow for multiple contacts, so all but the original contact are only shown on Method. Quickbooks Desktop allows you to have one other alternate contact, but that's it.
