We have a problem twice a year when the time changes. The time changes this Sunday. If we try to print a work order for next week the time shows 1 hours earlier than it should be. Is there anything that can be done about this? Windows 7 should be fine. There are no known bugs on Windows 7 yet. Report designer should work withour any issues on that.

I already have the toggle, so thanks. But I have another computer that is still on Windows 7 (I can't upgrade it to Windows 10) and the Report Designer still works perfectly. 

Yes, for classic this is a limitation. But if you want I can toggle the account to BOTH platforms and you can try the Web Report Designer.

Hi Inder, This is the Method:Classic forum. I tried that link but it only works in Method:New. Is that correct?

Hi Sush, For the first part of your question, I am assuming the Pay Now button in Method and it takes the customer to Method Portal. Is Pay Now button in question here is from the Invoice Email template, when customer received that email?  -Inder

Hi Boblaw, Conflicts get recorded to the data table called "OuntingConflicts". You can find all the conflicts in the account. Can you elaborate on what kind of reporting you are looking for? Inder
