pdirect- Do you get a pop-up window when you click on ... next to Stages?

Also to add another note we tried to be proactive about this and if the orginal stage names were not changed they should have been updated with the proper Opportunity Stage Category. Did you rename the stages?

pdirect- When creating or editing an opportunity click on ... for Stage. You will see a new drop down for Opportunity Stage Category, here you can set what Stages are 'Closed' stages.

pdirect- The screens are very similair but have different fields and different default values on loading the screens. For example the Log Call screen does not display Due Ending and has a default status of Completed.

Registering
the proper way should allow that user access to all the portals based on the
table the portal is created off of. So if you have 2 portals both off entity if
a user registers for one should be able to login to the other, there is no
special flag.

Haiden- Which error are you clicking ok on? Are you able to moved forwar at this point even though you are getting an error? Which error is still coming up?

Do you know if your browser has any pop-up blockers that could be part of the issue? What browser are you using? Does it work in a different browser?
