I had to edit your last post to remove some sensitive information -- for future reference, I recommend never to copy and paste stuff from live Method account to a forum post as it contains security related information. Screenshots would suffice, and are safe.

Hi Sharon,
The plugin should not really interfere with anything. Both the gadget and the plugin interact with Method and vice versa and give you the ability to do things on the fly. Remember that the plugin works within Outlook and obviously you need to be in Gmail to use the gadget, so I don't see how you could overlap and enter activities ...

Alfredo - That actually sounds like a great work-around, to forward them to your Contacts-Portal. I only brought up the MethodAPI alternative because you can likely set something up between your wufoo form and Method, this might be give you what you want without implementing Webhooks.

For example, if you are in your Edit Customer screen, add actions Update record in Table to update the contact in the Contacts table using the EntityRecordID of the customer and SpecialType as contact.
