I created a web form, but currently when the customer fills out there information, the only fields that are transfered to the opportunities tab is their name and lead source. How can I also transfer other information they enter, such as their e-mail, phone , comments, and other things?

Someone please shed some light on how these fields should be utilized.  We tend to use the same data in both fields, but we're still not quite clear if that is the proper way to utilize these fields. Thanks
