Hey Lance, Method doesn't have a seperate SMTP gateway, you'll have to set-up an SMTP open relay on your exchange server in order for Method emails to go through. Hi Sandman,  I wasn't exactly sure which user name you are referring to, however I would have to guess you are talking about your Contacts Portal User Name.  If this is the case, I don't believe Customers have this option from any stock screens.  However, it would be possible to customize your Contacts_Portal ...

Hi Sharon, The plugin should not really interfere with anything. Both the gadget and the plugin interact with Method and vice versa and give you the ability to do things on the fly. Remember that the plugin works within Outlook and obviously you need to be in Gmail to use the gadget, so I don't see how you could overlap and enter activities ...
