All of the time tracking entries should appear. One reason they may not is if they are outside of the transaction history range. Method by default only syncs the last 31 days of transactions. This can be adjusted by going to QuickBooks > Synchronize and changing the transaction history.

Those are the correct gmail settings. smtp.gmail.com is the Gmail server address. Port 587 is used as the default port for gmail accounts. You can leave the Port blank if you like.
