The AltContact is the alternate QuickBooks contact. We sync this contact and obviously the main contact. Newer versions of QuickBooks have the ability to create more than two contacts, but Method can only sync to the main and alternate contact.

Hello,
Give the Method Support line a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2. We can lhelp diagnose the problem. I can also point you to our Help Center article on setting up an email provider. I am aware of no changes to the email setting that would cause issues with Gmail.

I need to create a weekly report, which will display number of invoices that have been issued to customers, who have been contacted by a Method user in the last 30 days. Since I'm new to the Method community, I'm not sure how to even start it.

I found two ways around this. One way is to use "value from row" EntityRecordID. The other is to use the Assign Value to Action Result at the top of the loop and assign it the FullName field from the row. The very first thing I see is that you are trying to find the record in the Estimate table by EstimateStatus. Generally, you'd want to find the record by RecordID, as this is most likely the only unique field in the Estimate table.
