I'm receiving errors doing these actions that apply to a single row in the grid:
Loop through checked rows only (1 name)
Update the IsDormant field in the Customer table to "FALSE" where FullName = the Customer Name field from the contacts grid on the screen. This in theory takes care of the "parent" ...

Hi David,
I am going to look into your post here about storing credit card numbers, please give me some time to do some testing to see what options might be available to you.
One question though, are you using a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop account, there could be subtle differences between the two, so it would help me for testing to ...

To anyone else following this thread,
I was able to discuss this issue with Rob yesterday, and we have been able to get this resolved. This was a bit of an odd case, I haven't seen this issue before, but I believe it was caused by Rob's WebService provider. Just to recap, according to the error message Rob provided in his ...

Is there a way make it so that each rep only sees what I want them to see and not someone else's customers? I want each rep to have a base of customers that does not change unless I re-asign as ...

Hi Mark,
I don't think there is currently a way to set a default number of follow up days in the Gadget. I actually assumed there was until I took a closer look.
I'll forward this suggestion to the team.

Hi Nancy,
There are a number of ways to achieve what you are looking for. My question first would be why does the rep need to change when they order from a different rep? Could the rep simply just log the sales and change the rep for that sale only and not the customer itself?
If you wish to create another field, you can use the ...

Hi L.Sheaffer,
I would suggest creating a separate portal for your portal users to enter time tracking entries. To create a new portal, go to Customize > Portals and go through the portal wizard. If these are employees that are entering time, I would base the table on the Employees table (Step 3). Also create a new tab (Customize ...
