The problem seems to be creating the invoice with price levels in Method because the default invoice template does not currently accommodate for this and it may still use the default item ...

  • Re: Job Cost Report

I'd suggest you give the Transactions table a shot when building this report, using this as your master table should make the fields you need available. Keep in mind this is a list of all transactions, so you might want to apply filters while youre out there. The Method Report Designer will ask for a master table with the option of adding ...

  • Re: Quickbooks file in Multi User

Even if your QuickBooks file is running in multi-user mode, Method should allow for a proper synch. I went ahead and tested this on my end just to be sure and it seems to have worked. What kind of an error message are you getting?

Laura, The process for adding sales rep info to the Quote report should be very similar to the steps taken above. The difference being you will want to add a linked field using the SalesRepRef. • Re: Vendor Account Number

Hi Laura, The reason for this is because the report is being built from a specific table and by default will only list these fields, in this case only fields from the PurchaseOrder table. The AccountNumber and Email fields youre looking for are found in the separate Vendor table. What youll need to do is add the two linked fields to the ...

  • Re: Actions

Matt, The easiest way to get this done is by using the Character Function action. This allows you to join the subject line (Type In) with the name field (Value From Screen) in a variety of different styles i.e. join with space or join with comma and assign the newly joined value to an Action Result. Then, by using the Send Email action, ...

  • Re: Customer User Defined Fields

If I were to answer this in one word; absolutely! Are you trying to make the fields available to the design screen or modify the template for a custom invoice?
