    Hi Victor, Thanks for the response. Would it be possible to get this functionality added to the API? I just noticed today that there is an Installed Application List result that you can get from the Value From Session which is exactly what I am looking for, but accessible from the API.

    Is there a way to determine what Method Apps a customer has installed/signed up for using the API? For example if I wanted to determine if a user had Method Field Services installed before allowing an external program that uses the API to continue.

    On step 7 of the wizard, I checked the box to enable Internal email alert and entered the To and From email addresses. I then copied the html and placed it on my website. When I tried using the form the information appeared in Method properly, but I did not receive an email alert. Just to make sure my email settings were setup properly, I sent an ...

By default clicking on the customer name uses the action Go To Tab Link and by default it takes you to the Customer Center&gt;Customer List. It looks like you created a new tab named RH Customers and either deleted or don&#39;t have the Customer Center tab visible in the role you are in. ...

    Mike, In the opportunities grid, you will notice that the customer Name column has the customer name in green. Click on the customer name that you would like to update and that should take you to their record on the customer list screen where you can update their information. Hope that is what you are looking for.

    I am trying to use the GetScreenURL2 call. When I go to the link that is returned, the screen is very basic looking, there is no color, I can&#39;t select any of the tab links and there is no record selected.
