    Dear&nbsp;Haiden, What version of Method Outlook Plug-In are you using? I suggest you downloading the latest version 2.1.40. Can you also give us more detailed steps to how reproduce the problem, telling us what version of Outlook you are using and what field did you enter into the add contact screen. Thank you Victor

    Hi Marti, After a lot of research I&#39;ve found out that the reason for installation problems can be either corrupt .NET Framework or corrupt Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime. I&#39;ve also been able to find a computer with similar symptoms to yours, where installation and re-installation of the plug-in haven&#39;t given any results... ...
