• Re: Calendar Options

Hi soakley75, Do you see the Method Outlook plug-in as installed in the Control Panels => Programs and Features? Did you unistall previous version of the plug-in before installing a new version? Do you have any security settings that may suppress proper installation of Outlook plug-in? Thank you Victor
• Re: Calendar Options

Hi soakley75, The reason why you don't see all of the options is because your version of Outlook Plug-In is outdated and should be used only for Outlook versions 2003 or older. New version can be downloaded from http://www.methodintegration.com/MethodOutlookAddIn/MethodOutlookAddIn.exe Thank you Victor
• Re: Web Forms Error

Hi Laura, As Danny said, the problem is not with WebForms settings, but with your email server settings. However, I did modify Web Forms in a way, that even if your email settings are wrong, the user will not get the ugly error message. Instead, everything will go as if no email error had occurred and user will be redirected to your thank you ...

• Re: Getting Back to other Integration Tools from Web Forms

Hi Fran, In the top right corner, below the tabs, you should see link named Menu. When you will click on it, a menu will appear in the middle of the screen. Choose the first option named "Integration Tools Menu". After you click on it, you will be redirected back to Integration Tools. Below is a screenshot to help you. Thank ...

• Re: Error Msg from webform

Hi Ian, The reason why you got this message is because there were few threads in database, trying to update the same database record at the same time. Since these threads weren't able to decide which transaction should it use, it simply failed. This problem is very very rare and you were unlucky enough to encounter it. I believe your web form ...

• Re: Web form error

Hi Greg, You can copy the error to the forum, so other people having the same problem will also know how to fix it. Also, while testing your web form, I've noticed that you don't have validation for any of the fields (even though we did include the javascript validation in our web forms). As a result, if a customer for example doesn't ...

• Re: Another web form question..

Hi Greg, What you may do is manually show some div on top of the iframe, giving the message "your message is being sent, please wait", when user presses the submit button (you will need to add a simple javascript to validate_form function to switch your text from hidden to visible). Also, what we are planning to implement soon, is to ...

• Re: Web form error

Greg, When you've received an error today afternoon, did it include a valid referrer URL in the error message? I believe the light box would not make a difference, since it's just a simple HTML form being submitted and light box in my opinion should not interfere. Thank you Victor

• Re: Formula help

Hi Matt, There are few things there I would like to point out: Great with coming up with formula "if(Contains('Service1_Step3','True')='true','Estimate for: service1','')". If you want, you can even write something like "if(Service1_Step3=='True','Estimate for: ...

• Re: Web form error

Hi, If you get an error "The URL from which web form was submitted is not within a selected refferer list." it usually means that someone downloaded your web form and tries to submit faulty values to your web form. Since our assumption is that values are faulty, since they came from an untrusted source, we don't submit them to ...
