Continuing problem with opening report designer. I have cleared my INternet exporer cache. From start to method to report designer. Then a small window comes up and reads "verifying app. requirements. This may take a few minutes". That stays about 20 seconds then disappears and nothing else happens.  

I would like to customize a report but cannot get the report designer to open. Anyone have any thoughts on what my problem is? I've not opened it yet. Thanks
