Method Community

The main reason for creating a case is i have a few customers that want to know what i did at the property each week.  I use to leave a work order at the place of business but I would like a way to keep track of the issues.  Thats why i thought making a case would work.  Any suggestions? Good Morning, I would think if a costomer can make a new case from the customer portal, that i would be able to create a new case and it would go to the cutomer portal as well.  Is this not the case? John M

Michael Ok this was strange.  AT&T said they were having issues and it turns out my logic in a few buttons were off. Well its fixed now and everything is working. Thanks, John M

Good Afternoon. For some odd reasong all of my work orders, route lists, invoices and estimats are all going to my email account and not to the customers accounts.  They were all working great a week ago, are there issues on your end? Thanks, John M

Good Morning, I just wanted to make sure that if I delete a invoice in method and that same invoice is in Quickbooks, is there anything else i should do in quickbooks? Thanks, John M

Ok i got it fixed. I created a invoice in Quickbooks with a new invoice number of 3907 and saved the invoice. Preformed a full sync and presto i created a invoice in method and method gave me a new number of 3908. I am thinking i need to keep quickbooks open when i do this?  Thanks, John M

Good Morning. Is there a way to have the total price worded out?  Not sure if thats the correct term.  If you have a esimate for 100.00 can I have method spell out: One Hundred Dollars. I want to insert that into a contract. thanks, John M
