    @Rolf I have tested this in my Method Accounts and all my fields in the designer are coming up with both label and field names. However, if you are lookig at an object then it does not have a field, so it only shows the label If this does not answer your question then please let me know and provide some screenshots of the issue.

    @Garret I believe (with the provided information) that you are on the right track to get convert a Lead to a Customer, with the restriction that the user cannot edit the Lead information. The action on the button should change the&nbsp;&#39;IsLeadStatusOnly&#39; field. Have fun :) &nbsp;

I believe that there are prompt screens that come up when using these portals receive payment.
