    Issue resolved.&nbsp; CRM doesn&#39;t populate the tax code from information contained at the customer level, it populates it based on the tax code from the item list.&nbsp;&nbsp;

  • Default Tax Code at the invoice line item level.

    When I generate an invoice, the default tax code does not appear to come from the customer screen (where I&#39;ve indicated whether the customer is taxable or non-taxable), but instead defaults to taxable for every line item.&nbsp; I have to change them all to non-taxable.&nbsp; How do I get the default on the invoice line item set to ...

  • Customize Screens

    I am attempting to customize screens.&nbsp; The window that appears when I select these options is only about 1.5&quot; - 2&quot; tall.&nbsp; I can not see all of the data.&nbsp; It&#39;s making me nuts.&nbsp; I feel like I have blinders on.&nbsp; How do make this screen more user friendly?
