- Sign out and sign back in again
- Check the Date/Time stamp on Changes-Only Sync and see when it was last happend.(Make sure you have the most recent date & time).

Yes, you are correct. Currently, Method:Beta does not include the Field Services pack. The only pack which is available for now is Customer Management for Quickbooks.
