Selwyn - If I'm replying to an email though, 99.9% of the time I select "Emai Incoming & Outgoing" if I am replying to the email I received.  Email Incoming means I received an email and did not reply to it, however I want to log this in Method CRM.  

When you click on a field in the Designer, you'll notice a little arrow appear to the top right of the field. If you click on this arrow you'll get a dropdown of various properties of the field. Click the "..." button next to 'Format String'. Things should be self-explanatory from there.

Hi Danny - If you're able to, it makes sense to me to put that one additional setting in there for a default activity type when in the sent items folder.  That way, we don't have to change the type over and over again. I added an Activity to existing case and email was sent to Client... (luckily my comments were nice).  But I did not intend to have that sent.
