Aaron- What exactly is the error message that they are getting? The payment types are populated from what you have setup under Customize > My Account > Payment Gateways -Michael

Nicole- Something like this could be done using Portals. You could create a customized Portal for surveys and send out that portal link to your customers and have them fill out that survey. That survey info would all be stored in a table which means you can then manipulate it as needed. -Michael

John- They are currently only desktop features. I will see if there has been a suggestion put in to have it avalible for mobile and if not I will add the suggestion. -Michael

Can I create or handle surveys/survey info using Method?   I.e. if we send an on-line survey to our customers can Method hold it, receive it back, sort customers, etc.? Thanks again,   Nicole
