i'm trying to view the customization webinars. i need to create a custom field for leads.  my understanding is that leadstatus isn't customizable and i need to create something similar that has more options than method's default options. shaun

HI Navitha, Are you using the Export tool or exporting the grid via Method actions? Try reading this post (click here). If you are exporting it using the integration tool it will export raw data which includes time. What time zone are you in? What are the settings on your machine?

swm023- Some of our old webinars were recorded using the GoToMeeting Codec which does not work with Macs . All new webinars for the last year and a half are all using a format that works across the board. Which webinar are you trying to view? -Michael

swm023- Activities: Contacts and Entitiy Opportunities: Contacts and Customer You will also have to make sure you have a value for all the required fields. The best way to do this is to view the table and look for all the fields that have required checked (Customize > Tables / Fields)  -Michael

Thanks for taking a look into this.  Will item 3 be something that may be coming in the near future?

That link you sent didn't work, but I was able to find another page on their site that says the smtp server address should be smtp.att.yahoo.com with port 465 . . . but that still fails to send correctly from the Method application but works with other applications.

Alpheus- I'm glad to hear that you got this to work and thanks for giving us the steps. This is the first time we have come across this particular issue, I will create a solution for this and add it to our up coming knowledge base. -Michael

I'm having trouble viewing the webinars on my mac.  I've downloaded the latest components and codecs and can't view in Quicktime or VLC.  Any suggestions? Is there another way to access these webinars?  

Nevermind, I tried something different and got it to work.  I think I'm figuring this out. What are the key fields for opportunities and activites? I want to associate them with contacts--whether they be leads or customers.
