when i click on Go To from the Activities List, I do not get a prompt to "Edit Activity" or "Edit Activity series". Many of my activities are recurring, so i would like that prompt. please tell me how to get that. thanks.

I apologize for the delay in responding - I had other projects take over in priority. I found the issue to be that I was selecting the section properties and setting the dimensions that way and not the report properties. Depending where you click you get different properties boxes. Purchase Order >> Bill
Purchase Order >> Item Receipt
Sales Order >> Invoice

Hi Paul - just checking in to see if anything has changed since April. If Estimate > Invoice is still not a possiblity, will going from an Estimate to a Sales Order and then an Invoice reflect correctly in QuickBooks (with closing the estimate and then showing the sales order as invoiced)?

Indeed, Michael - two years ago almost exactly to the day, I was wrestling with the same errors. I guess that suggests that one or both of us is consistent, at least.
