Method Community

The Save and Email button on the standard Pro Services Invoice screen does not work.  The email notification shows at the top of the screen and indicates 0 emails sent.  I go straight to Customer Center-Invoice, select the invoice and Save and Email and it emails fine.

JamesQ, I am glad to hear that it works now but it should have some sort of Save button. If this issue still persits can you send me some screenshots of the screen. -Michael

Will there be a user conference this year? If so, where will it be and what are the dates? 

This is interesting. It is working fine now.  First, I do not have a save button (standard screen, not custom).  Second, the invoice did not save when I entered the customer, but I re-entered the customer name it saved fine.   Thanks

Hi JamesQ, Is this a custom screen or the standard screen? If its a standard screen there should be a Save button at the bottom but it should save as soon as you pick a customer (There are actions on the customer drop down). I am creating an invoice.  I try to add a line item.  I get a message:   Please save the screen before adding any line items.   I am lost on this.

Tracy- Method only supports the Enter key. When customizing a screen under the screens Advanced settings there is an option to have Method call a button when Enter is pressed for example Save or Search.  -Michael

Is there a way to add a keyboard shortcut to a Method screen?  I would like "Control+S" to perform a save function.
