I'm new to Method and can't seem to figure out how to copy the information (such as address, contact, etc) from an existing customer to a new customer. I am trying to create new jobs for a customer and all of the contact information is the same, so I don't want to re-enter it.

Summary Fields. Not hardcoded. We did not customize that action- just left it with the template that's already in place.

This may drive me crazy... now I can only see one line for billing again. I had to manually bill my client because I cannot figure out how to have each time tracking entry be on it's own line on the invoice.

Thanks for the info. Are you refering to step 5 of editing a user? Does setting a role fix this issue for you?

I had a few of my franchisees having the same problem and as Iooked into the problem I found in each case the role was not defined in the user set up.
